BUCCHI s.r.l. is pleased to present to you a pipe extension system with G1 ISO 71 threaded male ends, the result of years of experience that offers numerous advantages over traditional galvanised steel or PVC systems, belonging to the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system.
The tech HIDRAULICO®️ system undergoes stringent quality controls at all stages of the production process, from incoming materials to finished products. Our laboratories are equipped with modern equipment and highly qualified personnel, guaranteeing a consistently high degree of quality.
The material of the threaded extensions of the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system is polypropylene PP, a strong, light and inert plastic material. Polypropylene has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, and is immune to corrosion, scaling, pressure drops and electrochemical phenomena. In addition, polypropylene is suitable for food contact and absolutely non-toxic, and the diverse range of the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system allows for easy assembly as required.
The colour of the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system hoses is brown similar to RAL 8002, which harmonises with the environments in which they are installed and ensures an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The threaded joint makes it easy to assemble our product, and the lightweight and easy handling of the hoses allows for quick and cost-saving installations.
The durability of the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system, based on the temperature-dependent pressure variation for water or fluids, is a feature that adds value to this product. The guaranteed operating conditions over 50 years are 20°-10 bar.
The threaded extensions of the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system comply with the conical GAS connection standards according to DIN 2999-ISO 7/1 and are certified according to the current RINA regulations for plastic pipes in the nautical environment.
In order to achieve maximum performance, it is important to follow certain warnings and guidelines for installation, especially when it comes to outdoor installations. Outdoor installations are subject to thermal expansion, which can cause the pipes to warp and deform if proper precautions are not taken. For this reason, fixed points and sliding points are necessary to control and limit the movement of the pipes. Fixed points are supports that lock the pipe in a certain position, preventing it from sliding. Fixed points should be positioned at a pipe junction with a sleeve or fitting, and are useful for protecting delicate sections of line and equipment. Rigid brackets or anchors are recommended at changes of direction, reductions, and near valves, taps, meters, etc. Sliding points are supports that allow the pipe to slide freely in a longitudinal direction, following length variations. Sliding points are positioned at a free pipe section, either vertically or horizontally, and serve to align the system. The clamping intervals for sliding points depend on the operating conditions, the average wall temperature of the pipe, the density of the transported liquid, and the diameter and thickness of the pipe. For fixed and sliding points, rubber-coated metal brackets or collars are used, firmly anchored to the masonry, which wrap around the pipe.
To ensure a good seal, we recommend using loctite 55 multi-fibre nylon sealant, which can be found in our catalogue under code 0800922. By following these simple instructions, you will be able to install the tech HIDRAULICO®️ system safely and effectively, and enjoy its benefits for many years.
